MSL Part 6A: Some aerial photos

Early 1980s shot of Arundel showing the new bridge, and clearly enough where the old one was, including the cutting down into the riverbed and approach from the north side. Even today some of the piles are still visible at the south side, but the north side is now obscured due to land reuse.

Hinds seen around the same time with a couple of rail-served loading sheds. As the photo below shows these sheds are still there today but have not seen a train for many years. Like Winchester, some track has simply been left to rot in the ground (Hinds closed to all traffic except for train crossings at about the same time as Winchester, although the Southerner stopped there for its first 10 years of operation).
